Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

Srimati Radhika Sinha Institute and Sachidanand Sinha Library (Requisition and Management) Act, 2015State Act of Bihar · Act 8 of 2015

(1) This Act may be called SRIMATI RADHIKA SINHA INSTITUTE AND SACHIDANAND SINHA LIBRARY (Requisition And Management) Act, 2015.

(2) It shall extend to the SRIMATI RADHIKA SINHA INSTITUTE AND SACHIDANAND SINHA LIBRARY, Patna.

(3) It shall come into force with effect from the date of its publication in the official Gazette.
