Section 35: Cognizance of offences

Bihar State Allied and Healthcare Council Rules, 2024State Rules of Bihar · 2021

(1) No court shall take cognizance of any offence punishable under this Rule except upon a complaint made by the Central Government, theState Government, the Council, as the case may be.

(2) No court inferior to that of a Metropolitan Magistrate or a Judicial Magistrate of the first class shall try any offence punishable under this Rule.
