Section 4: Terms and conditions of service of Member

Bihar State Allied and Healthcare Council Rules, 2024State Rules of Bihar · 2021

(1) The Chairperson of the Council and Member nominated under clauses (e) and (f) sub-section (3) shall hold office for a term not exceeding two years from the date on which they enter upon their office and shall be eligible for re-nomination for a maximum period of two terms.

(2) The Members nominated to the Council under clauses (e) and (f) of Sub-section (iii) of section 3 shall receive such travelling and other allowances as may be prescribed by the State Government.
