Section 6: Cessation of membership and filling up of casual vacancy of Member

Bihar State Allied and Healthcare Council Rules, 2024State Rules of Bihar · 2021

(1) A Member under clause (b) or clause (c) of sub-section (iii) of section 3, shall cease to be a Member of the Council on his cessation to the service by virtue of which he was appointed as a Member of the Council.

(2) The Chairperson or any other Member appointed under any casual vacancy in the Council under sub-section (iii) of section 3, shall hold office only for the remainder of the term of the member in whose place he has been appointed.
