Section 9: Officers and other employees of BiharState Allied and Healthcare Council

Bihar State Allied and Healthcare Council Rules, 2024State Rules of Bihar · 2021

(1) Subject to such rules as may be made by the State Government in this behalf, the Council may appoint a Secretary and such other 20 ǐबहार गजट (असाधारण), 18 जुलाई, 2024 employees as it may think necessary for the efficient performance of its functions under this Act.

(2) The salaries and allowances payable to, and other conditions of service of, the Secretary, other officers and employees of the Council appointed under sub-section (1) shall be such as may be prescribed by the State Government.
