Section 17: Seniority

Bihar State Archaeology & Museum Service Rules, 2014State Act of Bihar · Act 792 of 2014

(1) The seniority of the employees appointed by direct recruitment shall be determined on the basis merit list prepared by the commission according to the serial number.

(2) Any member of this service appointed on the basis of promotion from the basic grade shall be senior to any person appointed by direct recruitment in the same year, however the process of the appointment has been already completed.
