Section 1: Short title, extent, application and commencement

The Bihar State Higher Education Council Act, 2018State Act of Bihar · Act 1 of 2020

(1) This Act may be called the Bihar State Higher Education Council Act, 2018.

(2) it extends to the whole of the State of Bihar.

(3) It applies to all the Universities, Colleges and Institutions of Higher education.

(4) It shall come into force with immediate effect.
