Section 10: Technical Support Group

The Bihar State Higher Education Council Act, 2018State Act of Bihar · Act 1 of 2020

(1) The State Higher Education council may appoint a Technical Support Group consisting of experts.

(2). The Composition of the Technical Support Group will be decided by the council.

(3). The Function of the Technical Support Group will be as follows :-

(a). To monitor flow of funds and information,

(b). To generate Management Information System (MIS) report as required, and

(c). To provide operational support to the Council.
