Section 23: Power to remove difficulties

The Bihar State Higher Education Council Act, 2018State Act of Bihar · Act 1 of 2020

If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may make any such provision, by order, which is not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, is necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty;

Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of two years from the date of the commencement of this Act.
