4 A in The Bihar State Public Library and Information Centre Act , 2008 (Bihar Act 17 of 2008).— After section-4 of The Bihar State Public Library and Information Centre Act, 2008 (Bihar Act 17 of 2008), the following new section- 4A shall be added:

“4 A – The post of Chairman of The Bihar State Public Library and Information Centre Authority shall be honorary but he will be entitle for all the facilities decided by the State Government.”
