Section 11: Application for registration

Bihar State Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Trade) Act, 2012State Act of Bihar · Act 25 of 2012

(1) Every person who has completed the age of 14 years and intends to do street vending shall make an application for registration as street vendor to the town vending committee.

(2) Every application under sub-section (1) shall be made in such form and manner and accompanied by such fees as may be specified.
