Section 16: Right of a street vendor for a new site or area on relocation

Bihar State Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Trade) Act, 2012State Act of Bihar · Act 25 of 2012

Every street vendor, who possesses a certificate of vending, shall, in case of his relocation, be entitled for new site or area, as the case may be, for carrying out his vending activities as may be determined by the local authority.
