(1) Clause (i) of sub section (1) of section-57 shall be deleted.
(2) Proviso of clause (iii) of sub section (1) of section-57 of the Act shall be deleted.
4. Addition of new section 58 B in the Bihar Act 23, 1976 - The following new section-58 B shall be added after-58 of the Act, 1976.
"58 B. Constitution of Bihar State University Service Commission - The State shall constitute a separate Bihar State University Service Commission for making recommendation for the appointment of University teacher."
5. Saving - Notwithstanding the amendment made in section-2 and clause (iii) of sub section (1) of section-57 of this Act, anything done or decision or action taken prior to it shall be deemed to have been validly done or taken and shall not be questioned on the ground of amendment.
