The Bihar State Water and Sewage Board (Repeal) Act, 2017State Act of Bihar · Act 3 of 2018

Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken in exercise of any power conferred by or under the said Act shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act as if this Act were in force on the day or which such thing or action was done or taken.
