Time and manner in rvhich an appeal may be filed under sub-section (a) of section 20
(l) Any person aggrieved by the aforesaid order, can fire an appear in *,riting to .rreMayor/ Chairperson of the local autnority concerned. Such appeal shall contain thename' age and address of the aggrieved person, details of the order issued by thecommittee and grounds for appeal in prescribed format (Form c). The appeal shallbe accompanied with u.opy-of the order and a copy of the vending certificate ofthe Street Vendor, if issued.
