Section 19: Power to remove difficulties

The Bihar Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, 2011State Act of Bihar · Act 10 of 2011

If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order published in the Gazette, make such provisions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, and may appear to be necessary for removing the difficulty.

One thousand rupees per annum.

2 Persons whose income exceeds five lac rupees per annum but does not exceed ten lac rupees per annum.

Two thousand rupees per annum.

3 Persons whose income exceeds ten lac rupees per annum.

Two thousand and five hundred rupees per annum.
