Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

Bihar Vigilance Investigation Cadre RulesState Rules of Bihar · 2011

(i) These Rules may be called the Bihar Vigilance Investigation Cadre Rules, 2012

(ii) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar.

(iii) It shall come into force with effect from the date of its publication in the official Gazette of Bihar.
