Section 3: Constitution of the Cadre and Strength

Bihar Vigilance Investigation Cadre RulesState Rules of Bihar · 2011

(1) From the date of commencement of these Rules, the Bihar Vigilance Investigation Cadre shall be deemed to be constituted. It shall be a State level cadre.

(2) The number of posts in the cadre and its different posts shall be as per the details given in the schedule-1. The State Government may revise the schedule-1, according to the need, and increase or decrease the number of posts in a suspended animation and make changed in a grade.
