Section 13: Chain of posts of Promotion

Bihar X-ray Technician Cadre Rules, 2014State Rules of Bihar · 2011

(1) Subject to availability of vacancy and according to seniority cum merit, confirmed X-ray Technician may be considered to be promoted on the posts mentioned in Appendix-1.

(2) For promotion, Compliance of Instructions regarding 'KALAWADHI' determined by the Government, from time to time, shall be necessary.

(3) Compliance of instructions issued by the Government from time to time, with respect to promotion, and character Roll/PAR allegations/ departmental proceedings/ criminal proceedings, etc shall be necessary at the time of consideration of promotion.
