Section 2: Definitions

Bihar X-ray Technician Cadre Rules, 2014State Rules of Bihar · 2011

In these Rules, unless the subject or context otherwise requires:-

(i) 'Government' means Bihar State Government;

(ii) 'Department' means Health Department;

(iii) 'Commission' means Bihar Staff Selection Commission;

(iv) 'Appointing Authority' means Civil Surgeon-cum- Chief Medical Officer;

(v) 'Cadre' means Bihar X-ray Technician Cadre; and

(vi) 'Appendix' means appendix appended to these Rules.
