With regard to the other conditions of service including joining time, earned leave, medical benefits, retirement benefits and leave travel concession, if a candidate is a Government servant, the entitlement shall be as applicable to the Central Government servant of equivalent status and if the candidate is an employee of a public sector undertaking or an autonomous body or working in private sector, he shall be governed by regulations framed under the Act in this regard for the employees of the Bureau.
