Section 14: Particulars of orders passed by the Local Level Committee

(1) The Local Level Committee shall send to the Board the particulars of the applications received by it and the orders passed thereon, every three months.

(2) The Local Level Committee shall carry out an assessment of the functioning of the guardianship at regular intervals to be determined by it in consultation with the registered parents associations and send a resume of the work done, to the Board once in six months.
