Section 26: Application for revision of order.

The Boilers Act, 2025Central Act · Act 12 of 2025

(1) Any person aggrieved by an order of the Central Government made under section 25 may, within sixty days of the communication to him of such order, make an application to the Central Government for a revision of its order.

(2) Every application for revision of order under this section shall be made in such form and manner, within such time and on payment of such fee as may be prescribed by the Central Government.
