Section 11: Regarding the modification and interpretation of these Rules

The Bombay Rent-free Estates Act, 1851Central Act · Act 11 of 1852

Any of these Rules may be relaxed in favor of claimants under instructions from the Governor of Bombay in Council, in whom shall also be vested the power of interpreting the precise meaning of any of the Rules respecting which a question may arise.
