Section 43: Offence report

Where it is alleged that a person subject to the Act 1[other than an officer or a Subordinate Officer] has committed an offence punishable there under the allegation shall be reduced to writing in the form set out in Appendix IV.

2 [44. Charge Sheet.- Where it is alleged that an officer or a subordinate Officer has committed an offence punishable under the Act, the allegation shall be reduced to writing in the form set out in Appendix VI.]
