Section 58: Amendment of charge by Convening Officer

When a Security Force Court reports to the convening officer under either Rule 57 or Rule 73 he may amend the charge in BSF RULES 107 respect of which the Court has reported to him by making any addition to, omission from or alteration in the charge which, in his opinion, is desirable in the interests of justice and which he is satisfied can be made without unfairness to the accused.
