Section 32: Power to appoint new manager

The Broach and Kaira Incumbered Estates Act, 1877Central Act · Act 14 of 1877

The Local Government may suspend or remove any manager, and may appoint any officer in the stead of any manager appointed under this Act; and thereupon the management then vested under this Act in the former manager shall become vested in the new manager.

Every such new manager shall have the same powers as if he had been originally appointed.
