Section 41: Acts of Taluqdari Settlement-officer valid

The Broach and Kaira Incumbered Estates Act, 1877Central Act · Act 14 of 1877

Nothing heretofore done by any Taluqdari Settlement-officer shall be deemed to be or to have been invalid by reason only of his not having been duly appointed,

(a) under section 1 of the said Bombay Act No. VI of 1862, to manage any estates with respect to which a declaration has been made under the said section, or

(b), to be a manager under the said Act No. XV of 1871, or

(c), to be an Assistant to the respective Collectors of Ahmedabad, Kaira and Broach.
