क्र.स.ं जवजिजिया ँ मान्द्यता 1 तीसरे पक्ष द्वारा िमा िावे और जबल लेखा प्रमुख के अनुमोिन पर। िो जबल प्राजप्त के 30दिन के भीतर अस्ट्वीकृत निीं दकए गए िों, उन्द्िें प्रोद्भूत दकया िाएगा भल े िी वे लेखा-प्रमुख द्वारा अनुमोदित निीं दकए गए िों। 2 यात्रा भत्ता जबल,जचदकत्सा जबल औरअन्द्य प्रजतपूर्तच व्यय लेखा-प्रमुख द्वाराअनुमोिन दकए िान े पर जबलों को ििच दकया िाएगा। 3 वेतन (स्ट्थापना व्यय) प्रत्येक माि के अंजतम दिन प्रोद्भवन आधार पर गणना की िाएगी। 4 जबल रजिस्ट्टर में ििच िावे, जबलों और भुगतान के जलए जबना जसफाठरि प्राप्त वाऊचरों के संबंध में व्यय िो ऊपर क्रम संख्या 1 और 2 में िाजमल निीं दकए गए िैं। प्रत्येक वषच के अंत में जवभाग प्रमुख द्वारा सूचीबद्ध दकया िाएगा और लेखा-प्रमुख द्वारा जनिेजित िैजनकी वाउचर द्वारा िेय के रूप में ििच रूप िोगा।
