Section 43: Spoilt ballot papers

A voter who has inad­ vertently sroilt hls ballot paper so that it cannot be·used hy him as :.;uch, may on delivering it to the Polling Officer ;md satisfymg him of the inadvertence, obtain another bal· lot rnper in place of the spoilt one, the la1terbeing marked as cancellc.d and such ballot papers shall be kept in a sepa­ rate packet.
