Section 45: No challenge for a mistake committed in the bonafide exercise of one's duty

No election of a candi­ date shall be challenged merely on the ground that the Polling Officer '" the bonafide exercise of his duties has wrongly permitted or refused an elector permission to vote, as a result of proceedings under any of the provisions of rules 40, 42 and 44.
