Section 40: Business to be transcted.

The Cantonments Act, 2006Central Act · Act 41 of 2006

Subject to any regulation made by the Board under this Chapter, any business may be transacted at any meeting:

Provided that no business relating to the imposition, abolition or modification of any tax shall be transacted at a meeting unless notice of the same and of the date fixed there for has been sent to each member not less than seven days before that date.
