(I) Short title and commencement:- These rules may be called the Central Administrative Tribunal (Group 'A' Posts) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2012.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Central Administrative Tribunal (Group 'A' Posts) Recruitment Rules, 1988, for the Schedule, the following Schedule shall be substituted, namely: -
