Section 26: Compliance by the parties for carrying, out modification

CCI (Procedure in regard to the transaction of business relating to combinations) Regulations, 2011 (No. 3 of 2011)Central Regulations · 2003

(1) The modification referred to in regulation 25 of these regulations shall be carried out by the parties to the combination within the period as may be specified by the Commission.

(2) The parties to the combination shall, upon completion of modification, file a compliance report for the actions required for giving effect to the combination before the Secretary within seven days of such completion.

(3) In case the parties to the combination fail to file the compliance report under sub-regulation (2), the Secretary snail place the matter of such non-compliance before the Commission for appropriate directions.
