Section 14: Jurisdiction.

The Census Act, 1948Central Act · Act 37 of 1948

No Court inferior to that of a [Metropolitan Magistrate or a Judicial Magistrate of the first class] ***, shall try, whether under this Act or under any other law, any act or omission which constitutes an offence under this Act.
