Section 6: Census schedules and questionnaires

The census schedules or questionnaires shall be notified by the 1[Central Government] through Official Gazette under sub-section (1) of section 8 of the Act:

2[Provided that the schedules or questionaires canvassed in relation to conduct of pre-test, pilot studies, post enumeration check and evaluation studies or statistical surveys may not be notified in the Official Gazette.]
