PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (i) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY कार्ममक, लोक जिकायत और पेंिन मतं्रालय (कार्ममक और प्रजिक्षण जिभाग) अजधसचूना नई ददल्ली, 21 जसतम् बर, 2021 सा.का.जन. 773(अ).—कें द्रीय सरकार, प्रिासजनक अजधकरण अजधजनयम, 1985 (1985 का 13) की धारा 13 की उप-धारा (1) और उप-धारा (2) के साथ पठित धारा 35 द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कें द्रीय प्रिासजनक अजधकरण (समूह ‘क’ और ‘ख’ हहदी पद) भती जनयम, 2016 का संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती ह,ै अथाात ्:-
1. संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.ꟷ (1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम कें द्रीय प्रिासजनक अजधकरण (समूह ‘क’ और ‘ख’ हहदी पद) भती (संिोधन) जनयम, 2021 ह ैI
(2) य ेरािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे I
2. कें द्रीय प्रिासजनक अजधकरण (समूह ‘क’ और समूह ‘ख’ हहदी पद) भती जनयम, 2016 में, (जिन्हें इसके पश्चात उि जनयम कहा गया ह)ै, जनयम 2 के स्ट्थान पर जनम्नजलजखत जनयम रखा िाएगा, अथाात्त :- “2. पदों की संख्या, िगीकरण और िेतन मैठरक्स में स्ट्तर, -- उि पदों की संख्या, उनका िगीकरण और उससे संलग्न िेतन मैठरक्स में स्ट्तर को इन जनयमों से उपाबध्द अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से (4) में जिजनर्ददष्ट दकया िाएगा I”
3. उि जनयमों में, अनुसूची में,ꟷ (क) सहायक जनदेिक (रािभाषा) पद से सम्बंजधत क्रम संख्या 1 के सामने,ꟷ स.ं 625] नई ददल्ली, मगंलिार, निम् बर 2, 2021/कार्मतक 11, 1943 No. 625] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 2, 2021/KARTIKA 11, 1943 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-02112021-230916 CG-DL-E-02112021-230916 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)]
(i) स्ट्तंभ (4) में स्ट्तंभ िीषा और उससे संबंजधत प्रजिजष्टयों के स्ट्थान पर जनम्नजलजखत स्ट्तंभ िीषा और प्रजिजष्टयां रखी िाएगँी, अथाात :- “ िेतन मैठरक्स में स्ट्तर”
(4) स्ट्तर 10 (56100 - 177500 रु.)”;
(ii) स्ट्तंभ (11) में,- (क) प्रोन्नजत उपिीषा में, “िेतन बैंड-2, 9300 – 34800 रु. + ग्रेड िेतन 4600 रु.” िब्दों, अंकों और अक्षरों के स्ट्थान पर, “िेतन मैठरक्स में स्ट्तर 7 (44900 - 142400 रु.)” िब्द, अंक, कोष्ठक और अक्षर रखे िाएंगे;
(ख ) प्रोन्नजत उपिीषा में ठिप्पण 2 का लोप दकया िाएगा;
(ग) प्रोन्नजत उपिीषा में, “ज्येष्ठ अनिुादक” िब्दों के स्ट्थान पर, “िठरष्ठ अनुिाद अजधकारी” िब्द रखे िाएंगे;
(घ) प्रजतजनयुजि उपिीषा में, मद (क) में, उप-मद (ii) में, “िेतन बैंड-2, 9300 – 34800 रु. + ग्रेड िेतन 4600” िब्दों, अंकों और अक्षरों के स्ट्थान पर, “िेतन मैठरक्स में स्ट्तर 7 (44900 - 142400 रु.)” िब्द, अंक, कोष्ठक और अक्षर रखे िाएगंे;
(ङ) प्रजतजनयुजि उपिीषा में ठिप्पण 4 का लोप दकया िाएगा I (ख) ज्येष्ठ अनुिादक पद से सम्बंजधत क्रम संख्या 2 के सामन,ेꟷ
(i) स्ट्तंभ (1) में, “ज्येष्ठ अनुिादक” िब्दों के स्ट्थान पर, “िठरष्ठ अनिुाद अजधकारी” िब्द रखे िाएंगे;
(ii) स्ट्तंभ (4) में प्रजिजष्ट के स्ट्थान पर जनम्नजलजखत प्रजिजष्ट रखी िाएँगी, अथाात :-
(4) “स्ट्तर 7 (44900 - 142400 रु.)”;
(iii) स्ट्तंभ (11) में,- (क) प्रोन्नजत द्वारा उपिीषा में, “कजनष्ठ अनुिादक” िब्दों के स्ट्थान पर, “कजनष्ठ अनुिाद अजधकारी” िब्द रखे िाएंग;े (ख) प्रोन्नजत द्वारा उपिीषा में, “िेतन बैंड-2, 9300 – 34800/- रु. + ग्रेड िेतन 4200/- रु.” िब्दों, अंकों और अक्षरों के स्ट्थान पर, “िेतन मैठरक्स में स्ट्तर 6 (35400 - 112400 रु.)” िब्द, अंक, कोष्ठक और अक्षर रखे िाएंग;े (ग) प्रोन्नजत द्वारा उपिीषा में ठिप्पण 2 का लोप दकया िाएगा;

(ङ) प्रजतजनयुजि द्वारा उपिीषा में ठिप्पण 4 का लोप दकया िाएगा I (ग) कजनष्ठ अनुिादक पद से सम्बंजधत क्रम संख्या 3 के सामन,ेꟷ
(i) स्ट्तंभ (1) में, “कजनष्ठ अनुिादक” िब्दों के स्ट्थान पर, “कजनष्ठ अनुिाद अजधकारी” िब्द रखे िाएंगे;
(ii) स्ट्तंभ (4) में प्रजिजष्ट के स्ट्थान पर जनम्नजलजखत प्रजिजष्ट रखी िाएँगी, अथाात :-
(4) “स्ट्तर 6 (35400 - 112400 रु.)”;

(2) of section 13 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 (13 of 1985), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Central Administrative Tribunal (Group ‗A‘ and ‗B‘ Hindi Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2016, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.ꟷ (1) These rules may be called the Central Administrative Tribunal (Group ‗A‘ and ‗B‘ Hindi Posts) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2021.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Central Administrative Tribunal (Group ‗A‘ and ‗B‘ Hindi Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2016, (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:- ―2. Number of posts, classification and Level in Pay Matrix.- The number of said posts, their classification and the Level in the Pay Matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules‖.
3. In the said rules, in the Schedule,ꟷ
(a) against serial number 1, relating to the post of Assistant Director (Official Language),ꟷ
(i) in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
(ii) in column (11),- (A) in the sub-heading Promotion, for the words, figures and letters ―pay band-2, Rs.
9300 - 34800 with grade pay of Rs. 4600/-‖, the words, figures, brackets and letters ―Level 7 (Rs. 44900 – 142400) in the Pay Matrix‖ shall be substituted;
(B) in the sub-heading Promotion, Note 2 shall be omitted;
(C) in the sub-heading By Promotion, for the words ―Senior Translator‖, the words ―Senior Translation Officer‖ shall be substituted;
(D) in the sub-heading Deputation, in item (a), in sub-item (ii), for the words, figures and letters ―Pay band-2, Rs. 9300-34800 with grade pay of Rs. 4600―, the words, figures, brackets and letters ―Level 7 (Rs. 44900 – 142400) in the Pay Matrix‖ shall be substituted;
―Level in Pay Matrix
(4) Level 10 (Rs. 56100 - 177500)‖;

(b) against serial number 2, relating to the post of Senior Translator,ꟷ
(i) in column (1), for the words ―Senior Translator‖, the words ―Senior Translation Officer‖ shall be substituted;
(ii) in column (4), for the entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
(iii) in column (11),- (A) in the sub-heading By Promotion, for the words ―Junior Translator‖, the words ―Junior Translation Officer‖ shall be substituted;
(B) in the sub-heading By Promotion, for the words, figures and letters ―pay band-2, Rs. 9300 – 34800/- with grade pay of Rs. 4200/-‖, the words, figures, brackets and letters ―Level 6 (Rs. 35400 – 112400) in the Pay Matrix‖ shall be substituted;
(C) in the sub-heading By Promotion, Note 2 shall be omitted;
(D) in the sub-heading By Deputation, in item (a), in sub-item (ii), for the words, figures and letters ―pay band-2, Rs. 9300-34800 with grade pay of Rs. 4200‖, the words, figures, brackets and letters ―Level 6 (Rs. 35400-112400) in the Pay Matrix‖ shall be substituted;
(E) in the sub-heading By Deputation, Note 4 shall be omitted.
(c) against serial number 3, relating to the post of Junior Translator,ꟷ
(i) in column (1), for the words ―Junior Translator‖, the words ―Junior Translation Officer‖ shall be substituted;
(ii) in column (4), for the entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
(iii) in column (11),- (A) in the sub-heading By Deputation, in item (a), in sub-item (ii), for the words, figures and letters ―pay band-2 with grade pay of Rs. 2800‖, the words, figures, brackets and letters ―Level 5 (Rs. 29200 – 92300) in the Pay Matrix‖ shall be substituted;
(B) in the sub-heading By Deputation, Note 3 shall be omitted.
