1. (1) These rules may be called the Central Administrative Tribunal (Principal Prh'ate Secretary) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 1998.

2. In the Schedule to the Central AdmInistrative Tribunal (Principal Private Secretary) Recruitment Rules, 1996, -
(a) in the entry under coll.ttm 2, for the brackets and figures " (996) " , the brackets and figures " (J 998) ' shall be substituted;
(b) for the entry under col umn "Rs.I0000-325-15200" shall be substituted;

Note: The maximum age limil for appointment by deputation shall not be exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of application . ..
