Section 8: Relaxation of regulations

Central Electricity Authority (Flexible Operation of Coal based Thermal Power Generating Units) Regulations, 2023Central Regulations · 2003

The Authority may, by an order and for the reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any provision of these regulations in respect of the matter referred to the Authority, on case to case basis.
