Where conductors of different voltages are laid on the same supports, the owner shall make adequate provision to guard against danger to linemen and others, from the lower voltage system being charged above its nominal voltage, by leakage from or contact with the higher voltage and the methods of construction and the applicable minimum clearances between the conductors of the two systems shall be as provided in regulation 71.
