4. गैस-वायु िम3 सर* जाचं अिभकरण �ारा आईएस : 15714-2006 या आईएसओ-15500 के अनुसार संघटक क� जांच वैकि, पक /प से जांच अिभकरण �+ यियत जांच �योगशाला �ारा जारी पूव23 त मानक के अनु/प जाचं �माण प5 या 6रपोट7 का स+ यापन करेगा । आईएस : 15714-2006 या आईएसओ-15500 5. पे8ोल प6रनािलका वा, व* जाचं अिभकरण �ारा आईएस : 15717-2006 या आईएसओ-15500 के अनुसार संघटक क� जांच वैकि, पक /प से जांच अिभकरण �+ यियत जांच �योगशाला �ारा जारी पूव23 त मानक के अनु/प जाचं �माण प5 या 6रपोट7 का स+ यापन करेगा । आईएस : 15717-2006
5.1 गैस प6रनािलका वा, व* जाचं अिभकरण �ारा आईएस : 15712-2006 या आईएसओ-15500 के अनुसार संघटक क� जांच वैकि, पक /प से जांच अिभकरण �+ यियत जांच �योगशाला �ारा जारी पूव23 त मानक के अनु/प जाचं �माण प5 या 6रपोट7 का स+ यापन करेगा । आईएस : 15712-2006 या आईएसओ-15500 ¹Hkkx IIµ[k.M 3(i)º Hkkjr dk jkti=k % vlk/kj.k 3 6. #फ9लग कने3 शन (एनजैडएस एंड एनजीवी-1 #क: म) यान पर �ित� ठापन क� जाचं एआईएस 028 के अनुसार जाचं अिभकरण �ारा क� जाएगी एआईएस 028 के खंड 2.2.2, खंड 2.2.3, खंड 2.2.4, खंड 2.2.5 और खंड 2.2.6 7. वातायन जाचं अिभकरण �ारा स+ यापन #कया जाना ह ै एआईएस 028 का खंड 2.4.2 8. निलका क� जांच संघटक क� जांच या �माण प5 या जांच 6रपोट7 का स+ यापन जांच अिभकरण �ारा आईएस: 15715-2008 के अनुसार #कया जाएगा । आईएस: 15715-2008 9. सीएनजी <धन लाईन 9.1 100kPa* से अिधक उ? च दाब 9.1.1 2.15 MPa* से अिधक -कठोर पाइप संघटक क� जांच या �माण प5 या जांच 6रपोट7 का स+ यापन जांच अिभकरण �ारा आईएस: 15716-2006 के अनुसार #कया जाएगा । आईएस: 15716-2006 -न@ य हौज संघटक क� जांच या �माण प5 या जांच 6रपोट7 का स+ यापन जांच अिभकरण �ारा एआईएस: 28 के अनुसार #कया जाएगा । एआईएस 028 के खंड 3.1.3.1, खंड 3.1.3.2, और खंड 3.1.3.3.1, 9.1.2 100kPa* से अिधक और 2.15 MPa*से कम संघटक क� जांच या �माण प5 या जांच 6रपोट7 का स+ यापन जांच अिभकरण �ारा आईएस: 15722-2006 के अनुसार #कया जाएगा । आईएस: 15722-2006 9. 2 िन@ न दाब-100kPa* से कम संघटक क� जांच या �माण प5 या जांच 6रपोट7 का स+ यापन जांच अिभकरण �ारा आईएस: 15722-2006 के अनुसार #कया जाएगा । आईएस: 15722-2006 9.3 जोड़ और संयोजन* जाचं अिभकरण �ारा जांच एआईएस 028 का खंड 3.1.4.1, खंड 3.2.1 (ख) 10. क@पाट7म�ट या सब-क@पाट7म�ट संघटक क� जांच या �माण प5 या जांच 6रपोट7 का स+ यापन जांच अिभकरण �ारा आईएस: 15720-2008 के अनुसार #कया जाएगा । आईएस: 15720-2008 11. सीएनजी �णाली के �ितBापन के िलए सुरCा जांच जाचं अिभकरण �ारा सुरCा जांच एआईएस 028 के अनुसार क� जाएगी एआईएस 028 के सुसंगत खंड *मलू दशे के �F याियत जांच अिभकरण "ारा जारी �माण प� या अंतरा�B Hीय प से �F याियत जांच �योगशाला "ारा जारी �रपोट� को भी ? वीकार �कया जा सकता ह ै। �ट, प�ट, प�ट, प�ट, पण ण ण ण 1111---- केवल समय-समय पर संशोिधत मानक जैसा �क ऊपर वKणत �कया गया ह,ै अनुपालन के िलए िनLदB ट �कए जाएगें । �ट, प�ट, प�ट, प�ट, पण ण ण ण 2222---- इन िनयम+ के काया�� वयन से पूव� जारी अनुमोदन+ का पूवMN त अपे�ाO के अनुपालन के िलए िबना पुनवPिधकरण के िव? तार �कया जाएगा ।” [फा. सं. आरटी-11036/77/ 2013-एमवीएल] संजय बंदोपाQयाय, संयु* सिचव पादपादपादपाद �ट,पणः�ट,पणः�ट,पणः�ट,पणः————मूल िनयम सा.का.िन. सं. 590(अ), तारीख 2 जून,1989 "ारा भारत के राजप� म# �कािशत �कए गए थ ेऔर उनका अंितम संशोधन सा.का.िन. सं. 504 (अ), तारीख 16 जुलाई, 2014 "ारा �कया गया । 4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 24th July, 2014 G.S.R. 534(E).—Whereas the draft of certain rules further to amend the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 was published, as required under sections 27, 41, 50 and 110 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (59 of 1988), vide notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number G.S.R. 187(E), dated the 14th March, 2014 in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-section (i), inviting objections and suggestions from all persons likely to be affected thereby, before expiry of the period of thirty days from the date on which copies of the Gazette of India containing the said notification were made available to the public;
And, whereas, copies of the Gazette notification in which the said notification was published were made available to the public on the 14th March, 2014;
And, whereas, the objections and suggestions received from the public in respect on the said draft have been considered by the Central Government.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 56 and 64, sub-section (14) of section 88 and section 110 of the said Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, namely:—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Central Motor Vehicles (13th Amendment) Rules, 2014.
(2) Subject to the other provisions of these rules, they shall come into force on the date of their final publication in the Official Gazette.
2. On and after the expiry of one year from the date of commencement of the Central Motor Vehicles (13th Amendment) Rules, 2014, in rule 115B,—
(i) for item E, the following item shall be substituted, namely:— “ E. CNG vehicles or kit components, including their installation, shall conform to the safety checks given in the Annexure IX.”;
(ii) for Annexure IX, the following Annexure shall be substituted, namely:— “ANNEXURE IX [See item E of rule 115B] Safety Checks for use of CNG Fuels in internal combustion engined vehicles (as per AIS 028) and Indian Gas Cylinder Rules, 2004 Sr.
