"(l A) the general requirements of vehicle rear under run protecting device and the technical requirements of vehicle lateral protection side shall be as per IS:14812-2005 and as per IS:14682-2004, specified by Bureau of Indian standards, respectively, as amended from time to time, for the motor vehicles of categories mentioned therein.".
