Section 101: Attachment when to cease.

The Central Provinces Land-Revenue Act, 1881Central Act · Act 18 of 1881

The attachment shall continue until the arrear is paid or realized from the profits of the land attached, or the Deputy Commissioner reinstates the defaulters in possession:

Provided that no attachment shall continue beyond five years from the first day of the agricultural year next following its commencement.
