Section 118: Limitation in suits for revenue.

The Central Provinces Land-Revenue Act, 1881Central Act · Act 18 of 1881

No suit for the recovery of revenue payable under a settlement or sub-settlement shall be instituted after three years reckoned from the date on which such revenue becomes payable.

In other respects the limitation of such suits shall be governed by the Indian Limitation Act, 1877.
