Section 81: No appeal in certain suits for arrears.

The Central Provinces Tenancy Act, 1898Central Act · Act 11 of 1898

A decree or order passed in a suit for arrears, whether on appeal or otherwise, by a Judge of a Civil Court exercising powers not less than those of an Assistant Commissioner of the first class as defined in the Central Provinces Civil Courts Act, 1885 (XVI of 1885), shall not be subject to appeal, unless--

(a) the amount or value of the subject-matter of the suit exceeds one hundred rupees ; or

(b) a question relating to a title to land or some interest in land, has been determined as between parties having conflicting claims thereto.
