Section 15: Repeal and saving.

The Central Road and Infrastructure Fund Act, 2000Central Act · Act 54 of 2000

(1) The Central Road Fund Ordinance, 2000 (Ord. 5 of 2000) is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
