Section 18: Additional qualifications for appointment to a post in the Council

In addition to the qualifications required of a person under the rules for the time being in force in the Central Government for appointment to the posts sanctioned for the Council, under rule 13, a candidate shall preferably have a working knowledge of Urdu.
