Section 5: Leave of absence

The chairman, The Managing Director and Non-Directors of the Tamil Nadu Water Supply and Drainage Board(Qualifications, Terms of officer, P…State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1971

The Board may grant leave of absence for any specified period to the non-official Chairman or any non-official Director and may, if considered necessary, make temporary appointments to fill such leave vacancies.

If such leave of absence in case of non-official Directors exceeds two meetings of the Board, such absence may be considered as a disqualification.
