Section 6: Prohibited areas and areas of special control

The Chief Adminis­ trator may -

(a) by notification prohibit the erection, exhibition, fixation, retention or display of all or any class of advertisements and sky- signs in any street, road or public park or part thereof or in any place of public resort; and

(b) regulate the erection, exhibition, fixation, retentionn or display of advertisements and sky-signs in any manner in the Areas of Special Control, in accordance with the regulations indicated in the Advertisement Zoning Plans of the said areas.
