No person shall erect, exhibit, fix, paste, retain or display or cause to be erected, exhibited, fixed, pasted, painted retained or displayed any advertisement or sky-sign so as to inju riously affect the amenities of any public building or monument or of any public park or pleasure promenade or place of worship.
